Spring Park accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left within the accommodation, communal areas, grounds, or vehicles parked on-site, except where such loss, theft, or damage results from our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
By making a booking with Spring Park, you confirm that:
1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
1.2. Payments must be made using the methods available through our online booking system. We do not accept cash or cheques.
1.3. Once full payment has been received and confirmation issued, your booking is secured subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. All online payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers. Spring Park does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
2.1. Any request to cancel or amend a booking must be submitted by email. We aim to respond within one working day. Changes are not valid until confirmed in writing by Spring Park.
2.2. All cancellations and amendments are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.3.1. If you cancel your booking more than four weeks before your scheduled arrival date, 75% of the total booking value will be refunded. Spring Park will retain 25% as a cancellation charge.
2.3.2. If you cancel within four weeks of your arrival date, all monies paid are non-refundable.
2.3.3. Where a booking is cancelled within four weeks of the arrival date and Spring Park is able to re-let the accommodation for the same period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund. Any refund offered will be subject to deduction of administrative costs, discounts applied to the replacement booking, and any losses incurred by Spring Park.
2.3.4. Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be payable.
2.4.1. Requests to amend a booking must be made more than four weeks before arrival and are subject to availability. A £30 administration fee may apply.
2.4.2. Any price difference resulting from an amendment must be paid by the guest. Where the amended booking is lower in value, any refund will be issued at the discretion of Spring Park.
If you experience any issue during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to resolve it.
We reserve the right to amend prices and correct errors where necessary. Guests are advised to confirm all booking details at the time of reservation.
We make every effort to ensure information is accurate, but details may change from time to time.
Dogs are welcome at Spring Park and are permitted in all accommodation.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Dogs prohibited under UK law, including any breed or type listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (as amended) or any subsequent legislation, are not permitted at Spring Park under any circumstances.
Where applicable, VAT is included in the advertised price.
We strongly recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and identification requirements.
Special requests should be made at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed.
Alternative times may be arranged in advance only and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Spring Park is a peaceful retreat.
Single-sex group bookings are permitted only by prior arrangement. Guests must contact Spring Park before booking. We reserve the right to refuse bookings that have not been disclosed in advance.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Only the number of guests stated on the booking confirmation may stay unless agreed in writing.
Guests must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Any damage or disruption may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
No drones may be flown without permission.
Guests use hot tubs at their own risk.

Hot tubs are subject to availability and maintenance and cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted only with proper disposal of cigarette ends, vaping products, and other waste.
No fireworks or lanterns are permitted on site.
Fire pits and BBQs must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided by Spring Park.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate a booking where these Terms and Conditions are breached or where guest behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or likely to cause damage or nuisance to other guests, staff, property, or the surrounding area.
Where a booking is terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be payable.
Spring Park is not responsible for any delay, disruption, or cancellation caused by events outside our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
In such situations, we may need to alter, postpone, or cancel bookings where necessary.
Where Spring Park is required to cancel a booking due to a Force Majeure event and is unable to offer suitable alternative dates, a full refund of monies paid for the affected booking will be issued. Spring Park shall have no further liability for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by guests as a result of the cancellation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions override any other published information in the event of any inconsistency.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
