We maintain Public Liability Insurance for the operation of our holiday accommodation and grounds.
We strongly recommend that guests arrange suitable travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can provide protection against cancellation, curtailment of your stay, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your holiday.
Guests are responsible for the security of their own personal belongings during their stay. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
Vehicles and their contents are parked on site at the owner's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents unless caused by our negligence.
We welcome well-behaved dogs. Owners are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of their dogs at all times and must ensure they do not cause injury, damage, nuisance, or disturbance to other guests, staff, or property. Any damage caused by a dog may be charged to the guest responsible.
Our accommodation is located in a rural setting and may include uneven ground, steps, gravel pathways, natural features, and other countryside hazards. Guests are asked to take reasonable care during their stay and to supervise children and dogs at all times.
We shall not be liable for any cancellation, interruption, delay, or alteration to a booking caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, power failures, utility interruptions, road closures, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, our liability in connection with your stay shall be limited to the value of the booking and shall not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
